Coaching is a collaborative process that supports you in making real, lasting change. Through focused, confidential conversations, your coach acts as a guide, sounding board, and accountability partner - helping you gain clarity, shift your mindset, and move into purposeful action.

It’s a partnership designed to unlock learning and growth. Together, we explore challenges, identify what matters most to you, and develop the tools and confidence to move forward with intention.

Executive coaching helps you perform at your best and work with greater clarity, purpose, and impact. Whether you're navigating complex team dynamics, considering a career change, or simply feeling stuck or disconnected from your role or profession, coaching provides the space and the structure to reflect, realign, and take action.

We’ll work on whatever’s getting in your way:

  • Building confidence

  • Clarifying your goals

  • Tackling difficult conversations

  • Managing stress

  • Strengthening your leadership style

It’s about working smarter, leading better, and feeling more fulfilled in your working life.

Life Coaching supports you in flourishing beyond the workplace. Maybe you’re juggling family, home, and work, and in the process you’re losing touch with your own needs. Things might look fine on the surface, but underneath there's a sense that life could be more fulfilling, freer, or more joyful.

This is where life coaching comes in, helping you reconnect with yourself, pursue personal goals, and ultimately thrive.

I offer both life and executive coaching - individually or in combination. I believe they’re deeply connected: when one part of your life is out of sync, it often impacts the other. Fulfilment comes when both your personal and professional lives support who you are and what you want, and sometimes that gets lost in a full-on life.

Coaching with me is about finding your spark again, or as I like to put it, your mojo.

What is coaching?

What happens in a coaching session?

We’ll start with whatever’s on your mind - what’s bothering you, what you want to change, or what you hope to get out of the conversation. From there your role is to be open, honest, and willing to reflect. You might explore what’s holding you back, untangle some tricky decisions, or discover new ideas and possibilities.

My task is to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and offer tools or frameworks that help you make sense of things. Sometimes I’ll gently challenge you to help you dig deeper, gain clarity, and get to the root of what’s going on. I’m always on your side, supporting you all the way and guiding you into action.

You’ll leave each session feeling heard, understood, and equipped with something useful -whether that’s a fresh perspective, a next step, or a practical technique you can use straight away.

The best coaching happens in a calm, comfortable, quiet space where you won’t be interrupted. A cup of tea never hurts. Having a pen and notebook to hand can also be useful for jotting down thoughts, takeaways, or any small ‘homework’ tasks to work on between sessions.
